Care Oversight Partners is led by Robin and Liz, bringing around 30 years of combined experience across care, support and specialist education.

The service was created because workforce compliance records can be technically present but still difficult for managers to review regularly, interpret, evidence and follow up quickly.

Experience and training

Robin brings around 20 years of experience across care, support, Shared Lives, specialist education and care home environments. Liz brings around 10 years of care work experience.

Robin is currently enrolled on a Level 5 Diploma in Adult Social Care Management and has completed CPD training in GDPR in Health and Social Care, Document and Record Keeping, and Preparing for a CQC Inspection for Managers.

Our approach

We keep the first service focused: staff training, DBS, right-to-work and evidence gaps. We believe care homes need clear, practical oversight and experienced interpretation rather than another complicated system or dashboard.

Our mission

To reduce hidden admin pressure on care managers by providing a second pair of experienced eyes on workforce compliance records, priority actions and evidence gaps.

Care Oversight Partners was created to reduce the admin friction around workforce compliance records while still keeping the human judgement where it belongs. The aim is not to become another software platform for care homes to manage, but to provide a careful second pair of experienced eyes and a clearer trail of review, action and improvement.
